I am tired. I am tired all the time. I am going to see a doctor I am so tired.

I gained five pounds over the weekend. This is the same five pounds I keep gaining and losing. I can't seem to go past the 245 mark only go backwards, the forward five pounds, ugh!

I know I need to work out and move, walk whatever but it goes back to the first paragraph. Besides, being tired, husband works all the flippin time and I work full time. Between, my husband, kid, housework, cooking and taking care of my mom I am not sure how other people manage but they do and I feel I should as well but I am not.

I need a light, something to help through. My appointment is next Wednesday.

Okay friends, feeling sorry for myself is ended and I am ready to head home to some chiken, veggies and if I can stay awake... vertical aerobics, lol

I'm sorry to hear your so tired. Hopefully the doctor can help you. Maybe your anemic since your where talking about your cycle before. Hang in there...Just a couple more days til the doctor.

I often say I don't know how the overacheivers get it all done. I don't even have kids...so I am in total awe of those of you who work and balance life at home. I hope you can get some answers...hopefully as simple as changing your vitamins :>) Hang in and I will send you good energy....

Good luck with your dr visit. Believe me, I know how hard it is to balance home life with work and trying to get in exercise, too!! Hope the doc is able to help you figure something out. I love all the cartoons you use in your posts... so cute!
