Shit day- am pissed of as was doing soooooo well..
went to applebees with collegaue.. ordered the grilled chicken with veg.. no problems
BUT I ate onion RINGS !!! and had a bit of an oreo mousse shooter thing!! only thing keeping me sane is that I didnt finish it and that I feel guilty!! which in turn makes me feel this diet does at least work you know
