Weight loss-zippity doo da

Have two appts early next week to deal with two separate potentially serious health issues. I just want to get it all done and know what I am dealing with already! I am trying hard not to let the stress and fear break down my good habits. Food has been my escape my whole life. Telling myself that healthy habits are essential for coping with whatever may come-this is NOT the time to quit. No freaken' chocolate and martinis, little missy. Well maybe one or the other but not both on same day! And p[lease, don't let me get started on pasta-the devil's candy :( MAde a huge pot of it on Monday and ate almost 1/3 lb by myself. Felt just awful afterward-physically mostly...ugh-glutten.

Taking my vitamins again though and will be upping the fibre to help get rid of all the garbage,

Ran this morning-harder than before-still can feel the strain in my lungs. I hope that is a good thing?, Ha!

Sorry I have not been around so much. Busy with work and then the health stuff. I do feel better that I took the time to journal.

All the best wished for you & your appts. Enjoy a refreshing cup of peppermint tea, well I enjoy it =) Congrats on your miles & keep up with the healthy lifestyle choices; it'll make you feel better in the long run, and btw nothing wrong with a sweet treat now & again.

You sound very clear. It doesn't take much to stress us out, but centering on the breath and placing one's attention immediately elsewhere usually works for me. The other day I was reading about a method for when you want to drive worries out of your mind. Put a rubber band on your wrist, when the thought enters your head, pull back the rubber band and snap it on your wrist and change your thoughts to something else, lol. I intend to try that one out! Of course, health issues are hard to handle, and I wish you the Best of Luck next week. Have a great weekend Densible!
