Okay, I might as well just get it over with first thing this morning. ImLuuvd, VeggiesYuk, I lose, you win. lol I have no excuse or reason other than it seems the weight loss is going to require a lot more discipline that I have been able to muster up.
Feeling a little under the weather today. No 'get up and go' and feel a cold coming on. Scratchy throat, sinus pressure, runny nose... And it's still 'summer', isn't it? What's up with that?!
Anyway, I'm glad it's Friday. My butt is draging today and I just want to be home...in bed.

Awe... it couldn't have anything to do with all that walking we did, could it??? lol ;) I hear ya, my feet are sore and I am looking for my get up, but I think the go took it out the door with it! Back in the saddle girly!

I forgot to tell you that we tried a very yummy recipe for breakfast this morning! (We eat dinner for breakfast since hubby has a later day than I do.) The recipe was emailed from The Best Life Diet. It was salmon with (pre-cooked) red potatoes, fresh mushroom, and red pepper drizzled with italian dressing and dried basil. Baked for 20 minutes, then add kalamata olives and more dressing, bake another 10 minutes. My it was tasty! I'll try to remember to post it in the kitchen sometime today!
