💗 JC - what brand is your stairclimber? I like the ones that look more like an escalator but they are huge. I've tried the ones that are just the steps moving up and down. They do tend to hurt my knees too.

Friend it is like from the 80’s or 90’s lol. I like the escalator ones too but big and expensive. It is the Exersystem 550. It was free 🤗🙌🙌💜💚

I agree, there's more to my life than weight loss, in fact my life is the REASON for my weight loss. I have a family, play guitar, & am pursuing a 2nd degree for a career change. We need our non-scale victories to get through this!

Tor18 my parents and brother still live there. I try to visit them at least once a year but they prefer to come to NY or meet in TN. I just heard the song almost heaven WV .. it gets me all the time 🥺

We are only about four hours away now so we go to WV about four times a year and NY about 2 times a year cause it’s a tad further. I love my NY but the winters are a little too rough for me lol I love that song we sing it so much lol
