Day 12 and I’m down 7 pounds and literally all I’m doing is not eating until 12pm and stopping at 4pm (only drinking water coffee and tea with only Splenda during the other hours) I still get my meals in that time and haven’t changed any habits otherwise 😍 the idea is that we snack a lot due to boredom but if you fill up during your allowed hours and drink plenty of fluid in the early morning and evening you really don’t feel awful or like you’re limited the way counting carbs/calories etc does, Best diet ever when I can pretty much eat what I want and lose weight 🤣
