I got hungry late last night for something salty so I had 6 Special K chips. Sour Cream and Onion but they have lots of different flavors. 27 chips has 110 cal, 2.5 grams fat, 230 sodium, 22 carbs, 2 protein. And I don't usually have a whole serving. 14 chips is quite a lot and 6 is better than nothing at all. Sometimes all I need is a taste of something and it's enough. And these are so good. Sorry, sounds like I'm an advertisement. lol
Hubby and I are going to the grocery store to get the things our local store didn't carry. I like the Olivio spray butter. It's better than I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. I'd also love a head of cauliflower but at $4 a head, I just can't spend it. I am very cheap. It amazes me how expensive fruit and vegetables are now. Apples are $1.99 a lb! I hate spending it but I know I have to do it to eat healthier. And the government wonders why people are overweight. A salad at Wendy's costs $5-$6 but a two cheeseburgers at McD's are less than $2. It cost more to eat healthy! Ok....I'm off my soapbox...just for now. ;)
