So, are we doing left and right leg: 30 times. 1. leg lifts, 2. inner leg lifts, 3. moving squats, 4. scissor legs, 5. donkey kicks, and 6. glute bridges Do we need to do those in a certain order?

Sure friend and yes🤗🤗💪💪🔥🔥💜💜💚💚 I only made it through 5 of the side to side leg scissors because it put a lot of pressure on my low back. So when her and I were talking about the challenge and what to do, I switched to the glute one and she is doing it too. 30 each side for all leg raises, donkey kicks, fire hydrants if you want to include that. there are 3 now..but I’m refraining from today’s new one, 30 glute bridges, 30 moving squats,

I need a workout that I can do wearing a walking boot (fractured fibula). Any suggestions?

You can do the leg raises on the good side and what you can on the side with the boot because it’s a non weight bearing exercise. No squats for you. 💜💚
