This is the highest I've gone on the scale. Pretty sure this scale doesn't go above 120 and I've made it go there. ☹️ I eat good nutritious meals but then 3pm breaks on and I start binge-eating and its insane, I cannot stop! Dinner I always skip because my bloodsugar is too high from all the bingeing. ☹️ What can I do to fix that afternoon binges? At this moment, I feel like asking my partner to lock me up after 3pm, like a freaken wolf.
