So on the 28th the Doctor confirmed my official weight was 193 on their scale same as my home scale, but they reduce it by 2 lbs for the clothes. She is saying 191 – my goal for the next month now is to get down to 190 on my scale, which according to the doctor should be 188. That would be a good weight if I could gain back all the muscle I lost over the few years since I have had the back surgeries.

Let’s go – 1 week -1 pound!!The objective is to pound down each week. I overate yesterday and not doing too good today but I just need to keep fighting.

Yes, I am starting this whole thing our really bad this time. I am really just having a hard time getting motivated. What is wrong with me? Is it because I have cabin fever? The doctor said, I have a lot going on right now - don't get down on myself. It is OK to not lose as much as I want right away. I had 2 brothers pass away, been divorced, my mother pass away in the last couple of years. I don't know - can it be I am depressed/ No, I will not allow it. I'm going to get serious. I really will.
