Well yesterday I found out I'm going to be furloughed for about a month from mid-May to mid-June. Needless to say, I'm a little bummed about it, and probably did some binge-eating yesterday. Not too bad, apparently, because I'm only up 1/4 lb, but still I don't want that to be the beginning of some depression-related weight gain. I did at least get in my workout yesterday. Today I'm trying to keep busy & am back to tracking, although I'm going to cook a Polenta with Italian sausage, which is anything but low-cal. The plan is to box up the leftovers and freeze them. I also need to get in my steps today, and a good run this evening. And maybe watch a comedy or two??? It could happen.
