Hi Peeps

Its Day 3 of the diet without any cheating, I had a day off from the baking yesterday, so no bread, no temptation ..... The weather was so lovely my garden was calling me to be out there, I love pottering around getting my veg garden ready for the growing season, but I got a little carried away and was digging and planting till 8pm, my back is paying the price for it this morning, but you know what, I'll get over it, there's worse things happening in our community at the moment for me to worry about a few aches and pains ..... Its quite overcast right now so if it's going to rain chaps and gals (I love that advert) The kitchen is where I will go ..... Haven't jumped on the scales just yet, But I will have to at some point or I won't know how much I'm losing, maybe tomorrow morning before I shower, mustn't keep putting it off ..... MM x
