I should have resisted my urge to go and get something from Starbucks this morning. Boy did I ever regret that later in the day when I felt horrible. I felt so bad that I didn't even eat my lunch and I totally didn't drink any water. Not drinking the water was probably the worst thing that I could have done. The water probably would have helped me.
Over the past few weeks that I've been doing this, I've noticed that the more I cut out the processed food and crap I don't need, the worse I feel when I do eat it. The way I feel later is definitely not worth the junk food I ate earlier.
