No cheating on the diet so far (I'm a woman on a mission), there's been no bread passing my lips since I started my regime and for two weeks there will be No Salt, Sugar or the dreaded Bread, Basically it's to see whether the bloating that I have will start to disappear, all this great information was passed on to me by Debsdabomb ...... I'm willing to try anything to shift this flab!!! ..... In a few days time I'll jump on the scales again just to see whether things are moving in the right direction ..... Fingers crossed they are ..... MM x
