Today I weighed in at 186.7, that's 1.1 pounds less than I was. I am so excited. For excersise today I did my Wii Fit, 14 minutes of strength excersises and basic step, then I ran for 30 minutes tonight on the free run running for 3.77 miles. A slow, steady pace is the key to being able to run without getting wore out for me.
