Transformation Thursday (5/7/20): beginning of my journey aka my before photos!

I'm certainly not happy with my current physique and it's pretty scary putting it out there for the world to see. This is the heaviest and most out of shape I've ever been. But this is part of holding myself accountable - putting myself out there and proving to myself that I can change my mindset along with my body.

I don't have a full length mirror at home so it's tough sometimes to notice changes in my body, whether they be positive or negative. With fitness journeys in the past, I never bothered with taking photos to monitor my weekly progress, I only relied on the scale.

I can't wait to see the subtle and gradual changes that come from working out and being mindful of my food choices!
