When I started this I purposely set my goal as my half way point, otherwise it just seems too much, too far, too hard and demotivates me before ive begun. it seems to have worked so far ( helps if youre forgetful like me! ;)

I have done the same as Tessy, and chose a mid-point as a goal, so it wasn't too daunting. Maybe that would help. Well done on your loss🙂

I try to concentrate on jumps of 5lbs at a time. Keeping it bite sized helps lessen my load. I've even got it on my fridge. 5lbs every 3 weeks & "if" I make it in less time, brilliant.. if it takes the 3 weeks, then so be it. But the main thing is that you lose it, not gain! Better 5lbs down than 1 or 2lbs up in 3 weeks... that's what I tell myself. You can do this. Just don't beat yourself up.
