I HAVE A NORMAL BMI TODAY!!!!! I haven't had a normal BMI in like 30 years!! 🎉
Now, I changed up my routine a bit this morning. Since it's going to be very hot here later today, I did my walk first thing this morning before weighing in, which probably caused a whoosh loss of just water weight. I know I'm likely to bounce back up some tomorrow, but today I'm celebrating having a normal BMI! 💪😄

I gotta tell y'all, when I started I never thought I'd be able to get my health back. I had tried so many times and failed to lose weight. When the doctor told me I was going to have to start treatments for diabetes, it scared me straight. Even though I still thought it was impossible, I knew I had to try something to regain my health, and I had to try something radically different. I'm so glad I tried, because what I did worked! I reversed the diabetes, and got off of all the medications I was taking, and I did it in less than 5 months. Don't just accept the drugs your doctor is pushing! (Someone back me up here, please.) Losing weight, correcting pre-diabetes, correcting high blood pressure and high cholesterol is really possible even at age 53, if you do some work. I'm here to tell you. I don't want to sound like I'm bragging. I'm really not that way. I just want you to be aware that if you haven't gone too far over the edge, it is possible to get your health back. Fat Secret and the support you can get here is a big help in reaching that goal. At least it was for me. Thank you all for your help!
