Okay....so I have FINALLY gotten my butt to the gym. Its been three weeks since I started, and I have to admit that it does make me feel better.
BUT.....
I was in the shower this morning, and I hear this lady getting into another stall talking on her phone. Now...I understand that people feel a need to be connected. But on the way to the shower at the gym? Really?
Is it totally necessary to have a conversation before you step into the shower at the gym? You can't go one moment without talking to someone? What is this world coming to?
When I am on the cross trainer, I am usually sitting there with my eyes closed and thinking about my day....things I would like to get done, etc. But I don't feel a need to have my phone on me. Does someone really need to talk to me through my workout? And do I really need to talk to someone while I'm grooming?
What is happening to our world? Can't we go 1/2 hour without a phone?
