Thanks really! Not only for the encouragement, but for all the support along all the way. Losing pounds is not easy. There are no given strategies, but if there is a type of exercise you like and you find the foods you like adapting them to be healthy then change is something that will come in due time! Acomandr thanks a lot! They say losing weight it's not the hard part, the hard part is to maintain it and the only way I found was looking at everyone here in FS. You see how people (no matter their profession) continue working in developing good and healthy habits, and that is such a big help!
