I have been paying more attention to my carb consumption (I know it's a controversial thing on here...lol), but a friend mentioned that those following Atkins count each packet of artificial sweetener as one carb (due to the fillers used), which adds up pretty fast when I'm trying to keep below 20 and I use about 3 packets per 16oz cup...ouch. Just thought it was interesting. Love the new pic, btw. You are a great inspiration...keep it up, Grace! 

Aww, Thanks Jassifras I've pretty much cut out everything processed, so we shall see. Not sure about the controversy this is a site for support and I guess if someone has something negative to say they can keep it to themselves or start their own nonsupport site:)
