This is day two of sticking to my calorie intake, but next I will have to stick with healthier foods. I am taking slow and just trying to stay within calroies and keep up the exercise. I know I am only two days in, but I like to weigh in on Fridays, so I will be weighing in tomorrow. I have no idea what the scale will say but I will happy with the same weight since it has been such a short time.
