My family and I ate out after church today. The restaurant did not have any calorie information so I opted for a salad with some tri-tip. When it came the salad was drowning in dressing and the tri-tip was covered with barb-b-q sauce and cheese. I should have just refused to eat it, but my in-laws were there and I didn't want to make a scene. I'm going to research how many calories it was and see how much exercise I need to do to offset the damage. I hope there are enough hours left in the day.
