It is a beautiful day and the weekend went by WAY to fast! I ate so much this weekend I do not think I will want another carb for a year, lol! (I wish!!!)

I made shepherd's pie on Friday and we ate it all weekend while watching movie's and hanging out. Cookies and ice cream were thrown in for good measure as well as pancakes and mashed potatos (sans said shepherd's pie) and a bottle of wine. It was all about comfort food. My husband had off this weekend (which only happens every six weeks) and we did absolutely nothing but watch TV and hang out with our son. I try not to splurge like this but I did and I am ready to start, again.
