I couldn’t be happier right now! I’ve been dieting and exercising for three week and have managed to loose 3kilos. I always video my workouts and I captured this at the end. It’s so rewarding to see such a difference!

Motivating filming yourself as you can see improvements and I’m also used to looking in the mirror at the gym so it’s good to be able to look at my phone screen instead!
