So many comments! Wow, thank you for all the kind words ❤️ To those who are asking about my routine. I work out everyday for at least an hour. I currently run/walk at least 10k in a workout. I also don't eat as much processed foods and I'm in a caloric deficit. Lots of veggies, fruits, oats, beans and lean proteins (chicken, fish and turkey). I'm consistent and I think that's what helped me. I am 4'11" and I didn't want to be "obese" BMI-wise anymore. I was also experiencing lots of joint pain, which is why I started losing weight. I have a dedication to myself in being healthy and comfortable in my body 🙂 You guys can do it 🔥 And so can I ✨🙌🏽❤️
