200 pushups and climb up twice to my apartment at the 27th floor. Not a good time for outdoor activities in Hong Kong, unless running from Chinese riot police under monsoon rain is considered to be an Olympic event.

we do workouts with the body coach on YouTube, Joe. we do crossfit (gyms open back up on Monday), we run, walk a lot of 5k's, and love to hike.

Man, I wish I was coordinated enough to do some workout classes or even Zumba lol. It's why I stick to running/walking. I'm so glad y'all got in the zone to burn some calories 🙌🏽🔥

Meepersjeepers, coordination takes time to get good at. Once you keep working that muscle in your mind and your body's muscles, you will eventually get into the groove of it. The only way to learn some things is to jump in the fire and burn a little bit.

I have found that doing Zumba on Zoom is different than at the gym. It's like a one on one session with your instructor, which is me, and you can turn off your camera so no one can see you and you can just do your thing and have a great time. And if you do leave your camera on, as long as your mic is muted, which I can now do for you, then only I can see you and no one else. It's actually been a lot of fun. I do have my regular students that will leave their cameras on so I can see them. That's helpful to me because then I can change steps to make it easier for them. If you're ever interested in trying it, message me on Facebook, before sending me a friend request because chances are I won't accept your request, there's a lot of scary people out there, and I can either add you to my Facebook Zumba group or send you the Zoom invite for the classes.

First of all you are adorable. And if I could rock a bikini like you are Id wear mine all the time. I just started walking again in February. When I went out the first time I walked about a mile and a half and felt like I was dying for days afterwards but now I can walk 4 to 5 very hilly miles at a time And I just feel good afterward. I’ve also started lifting some light weights that I had laying around the house and it’s nice to feel my arms toning up
