Considering I just sat there yesterday and had snacks, even a small loss is appreciated. Have to make up for yesterday so headed out for a longer walk today. Will also be going back to work in a month so have to lose enough to be able to manage the seven mile cycle to work, as buses aren't recommended. Motivation!
