Had the worst day :( My depression was quite high today. I didn't feel like doing anything. I want to hide away and not talk or see anyone. Maybe then I'll learn to see how lucky I am with the people 'around' (social distancing) me (colleagues, friends, family). My poor bf sits with a grumpy & dull gf. I've learnt in the past that only I can get myself out of this, but I didn't want to drag myself out of the ditch. I wanted to be kind to myself and let the mood be. Anyway, I got 3 things done today on my to-do list. It did take 8 hours. But I did it and I should learn to be proud of achievements.
