Hi guys!

Today is my first day here! First, sorry for my English... I need practice more! :D
I'm 1.68 cm 178.55 lbs and I've 29 years. My goal is 138.89 for be healthly and slim. The last year I was 256.39 lbs and now.. I'm here!
My family usually eat a lot of carbs and fat every day as chocolate, chips, ice cream... Specially after diner. It's difficult for me continue working hard for my dream but I've got my special grocery list and always I'm looking for new health and tasty recipes for be happy day a day. I've a large vegetarian diet. My family sopport me, but they aren't on a diet.

Really, I'm sedentary. I try change and every day I walk 2.17 miles with pedometer and sometimes I go to swimming pool. I'm looking for free apps and videos for do exercise at home without buy equipment and burn fat. Any advice?

Every night I add to FatSecret food for the next day for be discipline, eat my calories (no more) and follow the plan. Remember... Portion is key! See you tomorrow!
