yesterday was a really good day
i only went over my points by 2
and that was with my bedtime snack of cereal.
AND i had a piece of candy
but
it was a fun size,
and i walked away after one and didn't eat anymore.
normally i would have eaten 5 pieces.
i had soup and grilled cheese for dinner, which really hit the spot.
i enjoy eating smaller meals, because then i feel like i can eat more.
its a little sad
because reading this journal entry makes me realize that i
totally do have an obsession with food.
when i'm not dieting, i'm obsessed with eating crap
and when i AM dieting,
i'm obsessed with everything that goes in my mouth.
definitely sounds like a problem to me.
my dad is the same way
he's lost over 100 pounds on weight watchers
and is keeping it off.
but hes obsessed with everything he eats,
even the healthy stuff
which i guess is good,
because its better than being obsessed with junk food,
which is how he used to be.
its just scary to me that i care that much about what i eat.

anyway, i was very proud of my food consumption yesterday
today is looking just as positive.
i do need to go buy some fruit though...
i have nothing healthy to snack on.
oh! yesterday i had frozen strawberries and some light whipped cream
that was delicious

i powerwalked with christine yesterday too
collectively, for an hour.
i felt good
and i felt good this morning too.
im going to try to walk again this afternoon.
hopefully with a friend, because christine has class.
