Weigh In Wednesday! I weighed in at 150 even today 6/10 compared to 151.2 on 6/3, so that's exciting! I'm definitely on the right track. I've lost roughly 8 pounds since April 30th, slow and steady. I also included my weigh in graph for the week to show the fluctuations. I've been doing a lot of hiking lately, a little over 35 miles in the past week. I know my body tends to hold on to then release water weight at random after my hiking trips. I'm looking forward to sharing my weight progress again next week, hoping to continue a downward trend!

Just excellent! With all your hiking you have lost such a lot of unwanted weight while hanging on to and growing the muscle! Way to go, girl!!!! You must be feeling so great!!!

I am using the Renpho smart scale with the bio feedback. I got it on Amazon last year.

Hey I use that same app but it doesn’t measure my bone mass, skeletal muscle, and stuff like that. Just my BMI, body fat, water... You have any idea why?

Josh, I am not sure! Mine has always showed this information, I never adjusted any settings. I wonder if we have different models.

Josh - it could be the scale you have paired with the app; it might not scan fot that measurement.
