Hi everyone! Got my Keto-Mojo ketone/blood glucose meter today. Was an eye opening experience. I am not in ketosis. I thought I was but nope. So that means I am most likely eating too much protein or too many carbs. Which means I need to start measuring and tracking my food. I know fasting will help me get into ketosis more quickly. Right now I am only doing 16:8 and eating 2x a day. The great news of the day is my walking! I walked down and back on the sidewalk only stopping once. I started with 20 steps, 40, 60, and now I am at 180 each way! I have been doing my physical therapy exercises every day. Stretching is helping a lot. Core exercises too. Next goal is down and back with no stopping. I am proud of myself for not quitting b/c it's very painful but I want to walk! Have a great day everyone!
