I wanted to share this with you guys. It's the new yogurt mix I've been making at home and it tastes amazing! More like a dessert than a health food, but it IS healthy :) I meant to take a nice before picture of it but forgot until I was halfway through, so not as pretty as I'd hoped lol I mix plain Greek yogurt with vanilla, cinnamon and Truvia brown sugar. That's it! SOOOO GOOD!

That sounds amazing! What a great tip. I heard you also can mix in sugar free cheesecake flavored jello pudding mix and it tastes just like decadent cheesecake! I haven’t been able to find the sugar free kind yet, so I haven’t tried it yet.
