Bad night! Feeling hyper. Finally got up, took aspirin and drank cup of warm cocoa. Still couldn't sleep until I got up and slept on couch. Makes you feel pretty punk to have a night like that. Fasting blood sugar 204 this morning and weight back to 180. Both going the wrong direction!
Plan for the day: Water the garden (We are water rationed to only water on Thur. and Sundays) eat Keto carefully today. Drink lots of water. Finish reorganizing my storage room. Stay home because of covid. Be sure to take my evening walk.
