Yikes I've been avoiding this site since my trip to Chicago (my dad died). I got off the diet horse so to speak but went back on it a couple wks ago (even during a vacation)- still I'm up 4 lbs since my last weigh in 2 months ago. I avoided my challenge group (I was the leader of) and am now almost back where I started. I have been working out hard in the last month and suppose some of my weight is muscle (at least 20 lbs??- wishful thinking). Oh well here I go again. I need to let go of the fact that if I had stuck to my diet I'd probably be 155 or 150 by now! One thing that helps is to remember I have 2 more months hopefully and will try to stick to it now.

I'm sorry for your loss. You didn't do too bad considering all you have gone through lately. Give yourself a break on your weight loss for now. Just start fresh and you will reach your goal. Hang in there.
