My back still isn't well enough to work out... sigh... weight is still on the rise... sigh... i don't like how i feel, and i really need to get back to working out... sigh... surely hope i can get a few workouts in this week... not planning on one today, but maybe by tomorrow or wednesday my back will be good enough to get one in....

Make healing a priority and don't let the lack of working out bring you down. Just focus more on keeping your diet clean and healthy while you heal and get a little movement here and there that's gentle on your back (if you can).
