Which recommendations are you following? Carbs are a limit so you can’t really have too few. Protein is a goal so you’re reaching it and fat is a lever so you don’t have to eat it. Good fats are not a problem.

I wish it would separate good fat from bad on the chart.

Keto is low carb, low-med protein and high fat, so you can't really limit fats too much and stay in a ketogenic state.
Are you following anyone's specific process?
If not, The Keto Reset Diet by Mark Sisson and Brad Kearns might be beneficial so would books and the blog by Leanne Vogel.
All the best.

To be in keto you'd be looking at
Carbs - 5 - 10%
Protein - 15 - 20%
Fat - 70 - 80%
As long as the fats are natural from animal sources and some plant sources like coconut oil, olive oil and some other nuts, it should be fine.

Bad fats are vegetable oils and transfats. Olive oil is good uncooked. Cook in butter or coconut oil. Butter, cream, avocado, nuts and meat all have good fat but you only need to eat fat if you are staying hungry. When you’re in ketosis you burn your own fat for energy. You slow down your weight loss if you eat too much. It’s a lever, not a goal. All of your carbs should come from veggies and there is definitely a limit. Calories are not as important as macros.

I have been on keto since 2018 and lost 20kgs. On this program it says I am suppose to have 50per cent carbs. That’s what I don’t understand why it’s says 50% carbs

When I say this program I’m talking about fat secret

Fat secret is not a weight loss program. It’s an app designed to help you count calories or macros. It doesn’t tell you what to eat. You definitely need to lower your carb intake to 20grams per day or less if you want to stay doing keto. Well done by the way :)

Well done.
Can someone tell me how I make my own post? Or is that “locked” and when you pay premium you can unlock it?

Penimental - weight loss actually is something we support & our meal plans target different daily calories depending on your goals. Keto is one of the diet types we support.

Please don’t think you must do keto. I have done keto for years then I tested my body for every different way of eating found out as long as you meet your protein needs which is at least 1.2 to 1.5g per kg then just get rest of energy from whatever you want.
You need to test what calories make you loose weight.
All calculators with exercise I do say I need 3000, I actually need 1950 to keep losing
So for cal you need to test your body and macros above is golden standard.
I prefer to hit my protein low as fat possibly and rest on carbs as I need to keep my exercise and really helps me feel good.
Hope it helps
