Hello, This is my first journal. Started weight loss journey early in June, went on vacation last Sunday came back today and it seems all was lost! Anyone have any advice or encouraging words. I will say there were only about 2 days that I carbed-in, and they rest was back within my norm, just not exercising and had alcohol intake.
