I had Dominoes as my last reward, before the Wendy's, sk. I was a little disappointed. I may give them another shot though. I have some thinking to do about what I want for my next reward. 

Wendy and I aren't talking right now. How was she? 😂😂 

The burger and fries probably had a bunch of sodium. Which is my downfall. I would have eaten all the ice cream to counter the sodium 😂😂😂😂

😂 Wendy is apparently doing very well, meepersjeepers, and obviously selling diet hamburgers now! Good as Hell, and easy on the scale. 😂 

Yeah, I'm sodium sensitive too, Letty. I've been monitoring my blood pressure, but so far I'm good. I skipped breakfast and dinner yesterday, and did extra walking to mitigate the damage I expected, plus I drank a lot of liquids. Wifey warned me that I may have a delayed reaction and gain some tomorrow, so I'm not having any rewards today, not even the leftover ice cream. I look forward to weighing in tomorrow to see how it goes, but either way I'm not too worried. If I do bounce up, I know how to reverse it.

And ask around work. I don't kiss butt. I don't say anything I don't believe about people. I wanna be like u when I grow up. But my wife said I'll always be 5.  

I'm hoping she'll pay me in Frosty's, meepersjeepers! I'm gonna charge her extra for that clever motto though! 😄

Well, I was curious so I looked up the calorie count for your burger, fries & ice cream. Since you didn't eat breakfast or dinner I'd estimate you didn't eat over 2000 calories 😀 Ain't no thing! For a splurge you did pretty good!
