try to fit in your macros and as long as your in a calorie deficit it wont disturb your fitness goal. Or you can also try sugar substitutes like stevia , I personally prefer honey over sugar

Take sugar in fruits and burn it through exercise.  
i don't hv a sweet tooth.. i just like my tea with a tea spoon of sugar ...

I always take half teaspoon sukkar in tea

use canderel...I am also one of those persons who cant quit tea neither sugar...but I am using three tablets of canderel on a mug and its same in taste...try it

shakkar is good.. but canderel etc leave an after taste in mouth...tried but didn't like the taste...

I take cardio of 30 mints thn I take black coffee without sugar and after 2 hour t tkae tea without sugar and 1 piece of biscuit or cake
