try to fit in your macros and as long as your in a calorie deficit it wont disturb your fitness goal. Or you can also try sugar substitutes like stevia , I personally prefer honey over sugar

use canderel...I am also one of those persons who cant quit tea neither sugar...but I am using three tablets of canderel on a mug and its same in taste...try it

shakkar is good.. but canderel etc leave an after taste in mouth...tried but didn't like the taste...
