End of week one. I've lost 3.5 pounds, which is okay, but had hoped for more. I ate more fruits and veggies and a whole lot less junk this week, thanks to a grocery shopping trip that focused on the produce section. The only candy/sweets that I have in the house is a dish of lollipops for emergency sugar cravings. I kinda shocked myself by only eating half of one this week.

My goal this coming week is to add in the walking, and maybe even bust out into a jog. I really need to add in the exercise because I know it will help with the stress. This week what with a ton of work and then paying my taxes without the benefit of a tax preparer (1st time in 20 years!) just made me drag around like a zombie.
