Whew! I was able to resist eating a piece of my husband's birthday cake. I did eat almonds to resist, which are not on induction. Back to the plan today. It will be nice to eat nuts on O.W.L. Hope everyone is doing well today. I will weigh in tomorrow for my midweek weigh in.
