Last night I actually sat awake in my bed thinking and daydreaming about the pounds that I could possibly lose by the end of this challenge. I'm really motivated right now. It seems as though I can't be broken. I've been bringing my lunch and breakfast to work with me, preparing it the night before. I've been making a way to exercise no matter what, I've been getting up to do my abs. If it takes 21 days to break a habit, then I should be well on my way to starting a new habit (I hope). I'm almost afraid to write these words down in fear of losing my mojo. Despite some days not knowing what I'm going to eat for dinner, I have still made some good choices and not gone overboard. The candy has diminished at my job and I'm feeling pretty doggone good. Knock on wood, cross my fingers, make the sign of the cross...anything to keep it going and not jinxing myself. Next Tuesday I'll be crying and sad because I didn't lose a single pound. I have pretty bad luck.
