The rain held off for trick or treating. Kids had alot of fun. Then had some friends over and my brother drove up and we played cards for awhile. All in all was a good evening.
For today its pooring down rain and Sarah has her last soccer game this am. Will be interesting. Will journal later on how the game goes. Sarah just got her appliance put in her mouth on Wednesday and isn't very happy with it. She has a year and half of getting ready for braces, so this appliance seems to be very painfull right now. Hoping pain will go away soon.
Plan on sticking to the diet or change of eating for life till atleast thanksgiving. Looking at the south beach diet to campare to atkins. Really need to change things up.
Got to get ready for soccer.
