It is so hard. I have struggled with binge eating since I was a kid. Seven days is a huge accomplishment. Keep going one day at a time. I am cheering for you.

Thank you for all of the comments everyone. I will read them every day! I don't keep peanuts and pringles in the house b/c they call to me. Sometimes you just want that sugar fix. It really is a fix - it boosts the dopamine in your brain and feels good. You have to learn to get that good feeling somewhere else! On day 9 today. I have physical therapy so that will be a good way to burn some calories! I hope everyone is hanging in there today. Don't give up!

Breathe- you got this! You took the hardest step and that is starting. Take one day at a time. Remember to be patient and gentle with yourself. Stay hydrated water is key to weight loss. Remember won’t happen over night it takes time & patience.
