Look what I had for my reward day today! I went to a Mexican bus/restaurant in Dillon, Montana and got their Super Macho chicken burrito with a side of rice and beans. It was sooooo goooood!!! Have some, newname!🍴

I think I deserved it too, One. Thank you. Unfortunately, my scale was hateful this morning, showing more than a 5 pound gain, so I'm paying for it. I'm not worried though, because I know what to do and I'm on it! 💪🙂

And in all honesty my scale does the same after my indulgences. But it's normally different food and sodium levels. It comes off quickly. It would take u much more length of time for undisciplined eating to cause u long term trouble. Be encouraged friend. Your awesome.
