Still fasting. Was going to stop at 72 hours but felt like continuing. Up to almost 83 hours. Feel fine so I might as well keep going. Fasting really does get easier the longer you do it. I did weigh myself this morning (242 even) but I'm not updating until Monday since it will probably be a little higher after I break my fast and the weekend. GKI is 1.5.

Wanted a nap, went to gym instead. No longer want a nap. Decent workout today and of course red light was great.
