I'm trying to be more mindful of my macros and cut down carbs, they've been spiking my insulin and making me super tired after eating. But as I see my carb intake go down my fat intake is going higher. with that said I'm trying to keep to healthy fats but I'm wondering what everyone aims for with their macros on here
