YAAAAAAAAAY-I walked farther today than I did yesterday! I am feeling happy about my efforts in doing something that has a positive effect on me. It feels good to treat myself right! 67 lbs doesn't seem so far away when I keep the proper perspective ...just focus on the efforts & the results WILL follow!
It's so simple to understand -- Evil Knevil loved doing stunts on his motorcycle.Right? He knew it was dangerous but maybe that was some of the attraction. Maybe he was addicted to the thrill he got afterwards...even if his family was worried sick over it.Sooner or later he was bound to kill himself. What could have been done to stop his craziness? (Knevil fans calm down,I liked him too but ya gotta admit his ACTIONS were crazy) What could have been done to stop the craziness??
